I suppose this is kind of a strange and biased review considering my company uses this place for overnight parking and storage and not as an actual tow lot. But they are always very nice. Both the lot and the entrance to it are very very, very, very damaged and very hard on any vehicle. Much less my tractor trailer.

Semi truck broke down in Fair Oaks, and my company called them to pick me up to bring to Indy. The driver and commination from the office was great.

I didn't get his name, but one of your drivers that was at the love's on 31 in Tipton Indiana gave me a moment of his time and let me borrow a tool to get a stubborn bolt out. You have some good people working for you in a industry that is losing good drivers there's hope seeing drivers helping drivers so they can get home to their families

Bobby was an awesome dude. Came to my house and towed my vehicle to a dealership for service. Polite, respectful and treated my car as if it were his own. I would definitely use these guys again if I were ever in another jam.

Great service! The fellow who came out was super helpful, even helped put gas in the truck when our gas can nozzle was broken 🙂

I was in a real pickle when my pick up truck became undrivable and needed to be towed to my house the night before Thanksgiving and interstate towing sent a guy to tow my truck within 20 minutes of my phone call for a very reasonable rate. Very professional and efficient experience.
